Does this now mean any gun nut can buy a cache of machine guns and automatic weapons?
That pretty much sums up the mentality that we’re dealing with. Glad that side lost.
Perhaps the gun nuts, which is to say anyone who wants to own a handgun, are now one magical step closer to shooting each other. One can dream.

I hope Chicago’s next so the 14th Amendment comes into play via incorporation…that would be sweet. Heller is great for future precedents, exactly the victory we needed.

It’s something they just don’t get; the really think if you own a gun, you *must* be a Republican. So they don’t miss your vote and my vote, cause we don’t count.
