The pitbull banners are openly adopting the language of the “so-called assault weapons” banners. Nice. The tactic is the same–hysterical, egregiously incorrect information (it’s not true that they can hurt you worse than other mid to large breed dogs…any more than an AR15 is any more dangerous than any other rifle) repeated so often by an unquestioning media that the average schmuck doesn’t realize how blatant the duping really is.
Anything and everything to avoid holding people responsible for their actions and their property. My guns don’t need to be “controlled” by the People’s Fascist Republik of Maryland. I control them just fine.
Oh, and it’s nice to see they want to ban mixed breeds as well; more useless, impossible to enforce legislation that only affects the law abiding, hurts people who’ve done nothing wrong, and won’t alleviate the problem.

Dear GOD! I’ve got a .22 semi auto pistol!!!! I better trade it in for a .44 mag revolver, much safer if someone gets shot with it…..
