Went to the range last night with a buddy; I asked him to stop by a megastore to get a couple boxes of .40SW on the way up as range ammo is pricey these days.

Turns out WMT was sold out. The guy at the range said WMTs everywhere were running very low on ammo, as were stores like ammoman.com and ammunitionstore.com. So it’s not just semiauto rifles and pistols flying off the shelves because Eric Holder and the new POTUS are talking about renewed antigun efforts; ammo is being scarfed up at record rates (which is why that box of .40 at the range costs $18 these days when it was $14 a year ago).

Wonder if that’s why Nancy Pelosi is talking down the idea of a renewed AWB; my guess is at least she ‘gets it’ and realizes the amount of money being spent on the shooting sports right now is no accident, and a surefire sign letting Holder have his way is bad news for her politically.
